Once payment is made, the confirmation notice may also be sent to you via email

Customer can choose to apply for refund through the website as per terms and conditions of the merchant. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 

Cancellation Policy 

A Team One interior design customer can apply for refunds before starting the design process within 7 days of a transaction made and will be subject to approval from Team one interior design. The refund may be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer account. Please allow for up to 4 5days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please be aware that there is a No Refund and No Cancellation policy beyond the 7 days of initiating the payment. Any charges from the bank and the payment gateway provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
